Jessica Hope

Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist | Veteran Advocate | Lead Therapist - San Antonio

Jessica is a seasoned clinician, 20 year Army veteran, and social impact strategist whose therapeutic approach is as expansive as her career. With over two decades of service in behavioral health, military leadership, and systems-level advocacy, she brings a rare combination of clinical wisdom, operational precision, and heartfelt humanity to her work.

Jessica specializes in trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy for high-performing populations—including veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, and survivors of complex trauma. Her integrative practice draws on modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Prolonged Exposure, Somatic therapies, and Expressive Arts. Her sessions reflect a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, moral injury, and the power of accountability, narrative, and identity in healing. Holding a Master’s in Advanced Generalist Social Work from IUPUI, Jessica is also a Certified Financial Social Worker, Integrative Complex Trauma Treatment Certified, Master Resilience Trainer, and holds a Certification in Transformative Shame and Self Loathing. She is currently completing certifications in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Sex Therapy, further expanding her capacity to meet clients where they are—emotionally, spiritually, and somatically.

Ms. Hope’s impact reaches beyond the therapy room. She currently serves on the Texas Military Sexual Trauma Working Group advising elected officials and is fierce advocate for suicide prevention and trauma recovery. She has testified before Congress influencing national policy, and positioned as a senior leader across military, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. Further she is a published collaborative author and public speaker messaging to Fortune 100 Executives about mental health in the workplace and the NASW. Whether facilitating healing circles, inspiring others through sharing her own stories of survival, or training future clinicians, Jessica remains rooted in one guiding principle: radical belief in the goodness of others and resilience of people.

In her off time, you can find Jessica spending time with her amazing daughters and dog. She enjoys travel, silent retreats, scuba diving, playing guitar, making art, and challenging herself in obstacle course races.
